Abier’s Brow Lounge (ABL) is seeking a licensed esthetician with strong eyebrow threading skills and a passion for delivering a five‑star client experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced salon setting while maintaining the warm, personalized service our clients expect.

• Perform high‑quality eyebrow threading and full‑face threading with precise shaping and symmetry.
• Provide additional brow and lash services: brow waxing, brow tinting, lash lifts, lash extensions (if experienced), and related services offered at ABL.
• Deliver facial and skincare services consistent with your esthetics training and ABL’s service menu, including basic facials and express treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, facial structure, and any sensitivities or contraindications before recommending services.
• Educate clients on aftercare, skincare products, and maintenance plans to support long‑term brow and skin health.
• Maintain an impeccably clean and sanitized work area, adhering to Ohio Board of Cosmetology and esthetics sanitation standards.
• Manage appointments in a timely manner, helping the team stay on schedule and ensuring services start and end on time.
• Support front‑of‑house tasks as needed, including welcoming guests, checking out clients, and rebooking appointments.
• Contribute to ABL’s reputation by providing consistently friendly, professional, and solution‑oriented customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

• Current Ohio esthetician or cosmetology license in good standing.
• Proven eyebrow threading experience, including brows and full‑face threading, in a professional salon/spa setting. (will train the right candidate)
• Strong customer service background with a track record of building loyal repeat clientele.
• Ability to perform precision brow shaping (threading and/or waxing) and deliver clean, consistent results.
• Comfortable upselling or recommending additional services and retail products in a way that feels educational, not pushy.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Experience with:
  • Brow tinting, henna brows, brow lamination.
  • Lash lifts and/or lash extensions.
  • Facial and body waxing (face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini/brazilian).
  • Basic and express facials tailored to different skin types.
• Comfort using salon booking software and digital scheduling tools.
• Experience working in a boutique brow bar or high‑end spa environment.

• Part‑time or full‑time hours available, including Saturdays based on business needs.
• Competitive hourly rate or commission structure based on experience and performance, with potential for tips and service‑based incentives.
