In 2025, Helios
X treated more than 1.7 million patients globally and reached £781m in revenue, representing +337% year-on-year growth and cementing our position as the clear market leader in the UK. That growth translates into real-world outcomes: our weight‑loss treatments helped patients lose 8.5 million kilograms of excess weight in 2025 alone, contributing to an estimated 1,300 fewer cardiac events. This is growth with measurable, life-changing impact at scale.
Today, we operate across four international markets, with successful launches in Germany and Canada and continued expansion in the US. We were also recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100 fastest-growing tech companies, further validation of both our momentum and our ambition.

We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Manager for Europe, driving the commercial success of our existing German business as well as supporting expansion into other EU markets. Reporting to VP International, this role takes full P&L responsibility for established markets, delivers localised commercial strategies, and leads execution across functional teams to achieve rapid growth. For new markets, supporting the research and business case development, launch, and overseeing the scaling, market adaptation, and ongoing business management.
Whatyou’ll do
- Oversee P&L for all European markets, driving profitable growth underpinned by strong unit economics
- Set, track, and deliver on key financial and operational targets, embedding a culture of rapid testing and relentless performance improvement
- Detailed understanding of market dynamics, understanding unit economics for launches and profitability requirements.
- Monitor core KPIs and drive performance improvements across the P&L, considering product, pricing, growth, cost to serve
- Partner with global operational leaders to ensure each market delivers a best‑in‑class service and fulfilment experience, while identifying efficiency opportunities and ensuring cost‑to‑serve targets are met to support commercial sustainability
- Lead commercial proposition and collaborate with Head of Growth for go‑to‑market adaptation, ensuring regulatory compliance, localisation of products/services, and proposition adjustment to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders in Europe
- Deliver high value strategic projects within market, enhancing the commercial offering across our value chain to improve product accessibility
