Independent Outpatient Therapist - Westerville

Overview

Serenity Behavioral Health Services is seeking an independent licensed outpatient therapist to join our Westerville, OH office.

• Client Focus:
  Individuals (ages 6 to 99), couples, families
• Clinical Areas:
  Trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and more
• Productivity Requirement: 23 clients/week on a consistent basis

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation—assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing

• Licensed in Ohio as LISW, LPCC, LIMFT, LISW‑S, LPCC‑S, or LIMFT‑S
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Experience treating trauma and working with diverse populations
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Comfortable using EMRs and Microsoft Office 365/Teams
