Haven Home Care | $18/Hour + Paid Travel Between Clients

We’re a small, Ohio‑based home‑care agency that values flexibility and respect for your limits. If you hold an active Ohio STNA license, we can pay you $18 per hour for all work time—including driving between clients—while you choose where to work, what types of clients you serve, and when you’re available. Your first shift can start within a week.

• Assist older adults with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare modest meals and help with light cleaning.
• Run errands and provide companionship.
• Support safe movement and transfer within the home.
• Provide care that does not involve medication, wound care, or medical procedures.

• Active Ohio STNA license.
• Driver’s license and a vehicle with current insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week between 6 AM and 8 PM (most shifts 8 AM–5 PM).

• Base pay: $18 per hour for all client time and drive time between clients.
• Private pay clients: $20 per hour.
• Holiday pay: 10% extra ($19.80 per hour).
• $100 “Perfect Attendance” bonus after 30 days.
• Add-on referrals: $100 for each longtime client on a Medicaid waiver, and $75–$1,500 bonus for private pay referrals.
• No overtime; 40 hour maximum per week.
• Same clients each week, building lasting relationships.

• Submit an application with your STNA number.
• Complete a 20‑minute phone interview.
• Answer an online questionnaire.
• Sign required documents through Docu Sign.
• Attend a 30‑minute online orientation.
• Complete fingerprinting (≈1 hour).
• Typical onboarding time: 3–5 days when you move quickly.

• Refer friends, neighbors, or family who need home care.
• Earn bonuses for every referral who becomes a client.

We do not offer paid time off, 401(k), or health insurance. Career progression is limited to increased client hours, bonuses, and refer‑al opportunities.
