Location: Fredericksburg
We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Companion / STNA for day or afternoon shifts at our facility in Fredericksburg, Ohio.
- Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
