Trilogy Health Services - - - Responsibilities:
Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds;
Assists with meal service, including transportation of residents to the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience;
Provides excellent customer service, companionship, and communication with residents; answers call lights promptly, checks in with residents, and assists with engagement in activities;
Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines;
Attends and participates in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.)
