Ohio‑based home‑care agency offering paid travel ( $18/hr plus travel time) to STNA (licensed assistant) caregivers. Start dates flexible; most new hires start within days.

$18 per hour for all working time including drive time between clients.
$20 per hour when you bring a private‑pay client.
10% holiday bonus ($19.80/hr).
$100 bonus after 30 days of perfect attendance.
Referral bonuses up to $1,500 for private‑pay referrals and $100 for Medicaid waiver referrals.

• Assist older adults or other clients with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light cleaning, errands, companionship and mobility.
• Maintain physical stamina; you will stand and help move clients most of the time.
• Provide non‑medical support – you do not give medication or perform medical procedures.
• Travel between client sites; you are paid for this travel.
• Follow client and company policies and maintain client confidentiality.

• Active STNA license in Ohio.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle with work‑use insurance.
• Passing a background check and drug screening.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week between 6 AM and 8 PM (preferred 8 AM–5 PM).
• Authorization to work in the United States (E‑Verify).

• Refer family, friends, neighbors or anyone needing home care.
• Earn $100 bonus when a referred client stays 30 days or more; $75–$1,500 bonus for private‑pay clients depending on hours.
• Earn $100 bonus for each caregiver you refer who stays 30 + days.

We match clients to caregivers based on travel limits, pet and smoking preferences, and scheduling constraints. Our caregivers enjoy the following:
