The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will lead a team of behavior technicians and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote positive behavior change and improve client outcomes.
The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and client needs.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct service staff.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
- Ensure treatment plans adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis.
- Stay current on research and developments in the field of ABA and incorporate evidence-based practices.

Position Qualifications
- Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- At least [1–2] years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience with data collection and behavior analytic software is a plus.
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks.
- Background checks including but not limited to FBI, BCI, ARCS, SACWIS/ Alleged Perpetrator Search, & National Sex Offender Registry Search
- Effective April 1, 2020, an individual is not eligible for employment if either of the following is true:
- The individual’s alleged perpetrator results show a finding of substantiated abuse or neglect within the past ten years.
- The individual is listed on the national sex offender public website.
Work Environment &
Physical Requirements:
- May involve travel to client homes, schools, or community settings.
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
