Little Acorn ABA is seeking a healthcare-experienced Outreach & Referral Coordinator to build and strengthen referral relationships with pediatric practices, psychologists, developmental specialists, and early childhood programs. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your ABA knowledge in outreach, education, and relationship building across the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-person outreach to pediatricians, psychologists, developmental specialists, and daycares
- Educate providers on our ABA services, intake process, and referral pathways
- Build long-term, trust-based referral relationships
- Serve as a point of contact for referring providers
- Ensure outreach and referrals align with ethical and regulatory standards
- Track referral sources and outreach activity
- Background in healthcare (medical offices, behavioral health, therapy clinics, care coordination, or related field)
- RBT experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of healthcare referrals and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-directed
- Reliable transportation required
- Knowledge of autism and ABA services preferred
