Healthcare Outreach & Referral Coordinator (ABA Services)

Little Acorn ABA is seeking a healthcare-experienced Outreach & Referral Coordinator to build and strengthen referral relationships with pediatric practices, psychologists, developmental specialists, and early childhood programs. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your ABA knowledge in outreach, education, and relationship building across the community.

• Conduct in-person outreach to pediatricians, psychologists, developmental specialists, and daycares
• Educate providers on our ABA services, intake process, and referral pathways
• Build long-term, trust-based referral relationships
• Serve as a point of contact for referring providers
• Ensure outreach and referrals align with ethical and regulatory standards
• Track referral sources and outreach activity

• Background in healthcare (medical offices, behavioral health, therapy clinics, care coordination, or related field)
• RBT experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of healthcare referrals and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills
• Organized, dependable, and self-directed
• Reliable transportation required
• Knowledge of autism and ABA services preferred
