Expectations for the Part‑Time Optometrist

As a Part‑Time Optometrist with our practice, you'll be expected to uphold our commitment to comprehensive, patient‑centered care. This role offers the exciting potential to transition to full‑time, and your performance will be key to that progression.

Patient Care & Relationship Building
  • Provide full‑scope optometry:
    Deliver thorough and accurate eye examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a diverse patient base.

    Take the necessary time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative measures clearly, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their eye health.
  • Build strong patient relationships:
    Cultivate trust and rapport by listening attentively to patient concerns, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
  • Deliver exceptional service:
    Go above and beyond to ensure a positive patient experience, reflecting our practice's dedication to personalized care.
