• Provide high-quality outpatient PT for active adults and performance-minded clients
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Coach strength, movement, and return-to-sport performance strategies (as appropriate)
• Communicate clearly with patients on expectations, progress, and plan adherence
• Contribute to clinic standards, systems, and growth initiatives as the practice scales

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in Ohio (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong communication and patient-coaching skills
• High professionalism and reliability

• Fitness/training background (strength training, endurance sport, Cross Fit, golf, etc.)
• Interest in sports/performance populations and active adults
• Comfort combining rehab + strength + performance principles

• Physical Therapist (DPT) pay range: $68,000–$105,000+ annually, depending on experience, role structure, and performance-based components.
• Additional incentives/bonus pathways may be available based on clinic performance and role alignment.
