Paul-Gerhardt-Werk e.V. in Baden-Baden sucht engagierte Auszubildende für die Pflege. Die Ausbildung in der stationären Pflege bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Erfahrungen zu sammeln und Ihre Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln. Es stehen zwei Optionen zur Verfügung: eine dreijährige Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft oder eine einjährige Ausbildung zum Altenpflegehelfer.
Für die Ausbildung ist mindestens ein Haupt- oder Realschulabschluss erforderlich, dazu sind Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit wichtig. Wir bieten Ihnen ein praxisnahes Umfeld mit erfahrenen Mentoren, 31 Urlaubstage und attraktive Ausbildungsvergütungen.
