Als Assistenz der Pflegedienstleitung bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unseren Pflegedienstleiter, die Stabstelle Pflegewissenschaft sowie der oberen Führungsebene im Pflegedienst. Du denkst und gestaltest aktiv mit – direkt an der Seite der Leitung mit Einblick in strategische Entscheidungen auf Klinikebene.
