Otterbein Senior Life - - Responsibilities:
Provide encouragement and high-quality care to residents in a cheerful, timely manner;
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as oral care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, and dressing;
Provide supervision or non-weight-bearing assistance with transfer ambulation as needed per resident;
Move carts, laundry hampers, and equipment safely through work and resident areas;
Communicate and coordinate with residents and team to meet needs and respond to emergencies under nurse supervision
