Overview

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Menonite Memorial Home in Blufton, OH has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. Weekday and weekend coverage needed!

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required.
