Direct Support Professional – Full Time and Part-Time Positions

Full‑time and part‑time roles available. Competitive pay: $17.25–$18.25 per hour, based in Pemberville, OH, and surrounding areas.

Our Direct Support Professionals provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training is fully provided, so no prior experience is required. Join us and positively impact the lives of the people we serve.

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety needs are met.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of their lives.
• Perform household tasks, including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to transport individuals served.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
• Driver record meets Via Quest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs.; able to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
