Job Summary:We're seeking caring, compassionate, and dependable Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team! As a Personal Care Assistant with SYNERGY Home Care of Medina, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals needing support by providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and personalized care in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines while promoting independence
- Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and support a safe home environment
- Provide medication reminders and encouragement for healthy habits
- Offer reliable transportation assistance for errands or appointments if needed
- Bring kindness, patience, and positive energy into every visit — because your presence matters
