Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16–$18/hr | Hiring Now | Flexible Schedule

American Primary Healthcare, LLC provides person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities across Ohio. Our goal is to help every individual live with independence, dignity, and inclusion.
Position OverviewWe are hiring dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on, one-on-one support to individuals in home and community settings.
What You’ll Do- Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meals, hygiene)
- Work with a 7 years old male
- Support clients in community activities and routines
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy
- Provide medication reminders
- Maintain accurate documentation
Ensure a safe and respectful environment
- Part-time 20 hours weekly
- Flexible shifts (discussed during interview)
- Weekend availability may be required
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- Med Certification
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
