- Provide high-quality outpatient PT for active adults and performance-minded clients
- Conduct thorough evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
- Coach strength, movement, and return-to-sport performance strategies (as appropriate)
- Communicate clearly with patients on expectations, progress, and plan adherence
- Contribute to clinic standards, systems, and growth initiatives as the practice scales
- Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in Ohio (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong communication and patient-coaching skills
- High professionalism and reliability
- Fitness/training background (strength training, endurance sport, Cross Fit, golf, etc.)
- Interest in sports/performance populations and active adults
- Comfort combining rehab + strength + performance principles
- Physical Therapist (DPT) pay range: $68,000–$105,000+ annually, depending on experience, role structure, and performance-based components.
- Additional incentives/bonus pathways may be available based on clinic performance and role alignment.
