Mineral City, New Philadelphia, Coshocton, Gnadenhutten, Uhrichsville.

• Required shift availability:
  Monday - Friday early AM (5-7 AM start).
• Flexible hours: additional clients/hours may be available weekdays afternoons, weekends, evenings.
• Travel radius: up to 30 minutes required, up to 45 or 60 minutes optional with priority.

Part-time (full-time schedules may be available for aides willing to travel to adjacent counties).

• STNA: $16 - $19 per hour.
• CNA / CHHA: $15 - $18 per hour.

• 1+ year verifiable experience in home care or caregiving.
• Successful completion of HCN's written skills test and/or competency evaluation.
• Meet all state training/certifications required in the service area.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (active or obtained prior to hire).
• Ability to perform required physical tasks safely.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping.
• Strong attendance and employment retention record.
• Good interpersonal skills, compassion.
• Ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care with attention to detail.
• Professional character traits: reliable, honest, punctual, articulate, compassionate, detail‑oriented, accountable, friendly, respectful, self‑driven, problem‑solver, compliant, confidential.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license/ reliable transportation.
• Consent to and ability to pass state/federal background check.

• 3-5 years paid experience in home health or caregiving.
• Paid experience with a Home Health Agency.
• Formal certification or training: STNA (or 2026 graduation date), CNA, CHHA.
• Specialized certification or training (DODD‑DSP, Med Certification, EMR/EHR).
• EMR/EHR experience, especially Continu Link.
• Willingness to promote Home Care Network for bonuses and incentives.

A successful Home Healthcare Aide provides personal care services under the direction of the RN or a therapist. The aide will be assigned to specific clients and perform services to maintain personal comfort and safety in the home.

• Deliver direct patient care and support following the established plan of care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Measure and record vital signs and other metrics as instructed.
• Assist with personal care tasks and activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, oral hygiene, nail & skin care, shaving, dressing).
• Perform household tasks essential to health care and living at home (meal prep/feeding, laundry, light housekeeping).
• Assist patients in taking medications under RN supervision (open container or pill caddy, hand to patient; does not include administration).
• Identify and report any abnormal findings or changes in the patient's condition.
• Help with therapy exercises under therapist supervision (range of motion, ambulation assistance).

• Frequent: standing, walking, stopping.
• Infrequent: squatting/kneeling, balancing.
• Pushing/handling weight: 1–20 lbs frequently, 20–30 lbs occasionally, 30–50 lbs infrequently.
• Lifting/carrying: 1–20 lbs frequently, 20–30 lbs occasionally, 30–50 lbs infrequently.
