Howyou'll contribute
- Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provide physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function.
- Implement treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities.
- Seek consultation as necessary.
- Monitor patient's responses to the treatment plan.
- Regularly communicate patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.
- Document services provided and patient response/progress.
- Educate the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.
- Assist with patient discharge planning. Provide information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and community support programs.

- Associate's degree Required;
Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required - Physical Therapy Assistant in the State
- Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
