Alto Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and competent assistance to patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.;
Take and record patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.;
Assist with the maintenance of a clean and safe patient care environment, including changing bed linens, tidying up patient rooms, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed.;
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and comforting atmosphere.;
Document care provided and observations made in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
