Full‑time Physical Therapist (floating) at multiple locations including Judson’s in Cleveland, Rose Senior Living Avon in Avon, Algart Health Care in Cleveland, Judson’s, Rose Sr Living in Beachwood, and South Franklin in Chagrin Falls. Up to $5,000 Sign On Incentive available.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You provide comprehensive, individualized care that restores, reinforces, and enhances physical abilities while working collaboratively with peers and referring patients for additional services. You also educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.

Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or

Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

For degrees earned outside the U.S., evaluation of U.S. equivalency required.

Posted Salary Range: USD $41.00 – $51.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $5,000.00.
