Bayerische Oberlandbahn GmbH sucht einen Leiter für die Ausbildungsorganisation/Teamleiter Tf in Holzkirchen. Sie führen und entwickeln ein Team von Ausbilder:innen und Triebfahrzeugführer:innen, übernehmen Verantwortung für die Qualität der Ausbildungsmaßnahmen und arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen.
Die Position erfordert mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung als Triebfahrzeugführer und 3 Jahre als Ausbilder. Erwartet werden zudem fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten betrieblichen Regelwerke und Sicherheitsvorgaben.
