HCA Scheduler (I, II)
Position Summary

The Scheduler is responsible for processing requests for service and providing appropriate staff to meet client, facility and patient needs.

Assigns and staffs all requests for aide services. Completes to the best of our ability all private pay schedules at least 2 weeks in advance. Communicates with manager when these timelines cannot be met.

  Level I - One year previous scheduling experience preferred, Level II 5 years.

• Ability to work independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Telephone and professional courtesy.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of the Home Care Home Base scheduling system is preferred.
