- Must have current state nursing license with verification within 30 days of start.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required for RNs in Birth Center.
- Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.
- Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year.

- Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30.

- Position is for Labor and Delivery unit.
- Birth Center specific requirements apply.
Unit Specific Information
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required.
- Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity required.
- Fit test required (specific to Iowa: 1860 mask only).
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required with proof.
- Influenza vaccine or approved exemption required for flu season 10/1/2024-4/30/2025 and 10/1/2025-4/30/2026.
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA required with chest xray if positive TB as per regional requirements.
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof required.
- Physical/Health Statement within last year required.
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start required.
- Various professional and compliance forms and background checks required including Trinity Profile, Confidentiality Agreement, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Code of Conduct Form, and I9 form.
