Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Dietary Aide to join our team of healthcare professionals in East Palestine, Ohio. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dietary department, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and serve meals to residents, including tray service and special diets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dietary department, including the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces
• Assist with food preparation, including food handling, cooking, and plating
• Deliver meals to residents, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Interact with residents, families, and staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including menu offerings, meal counts, and inventory management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the dietary department's operations and services

• Previous experience in a dietary setting (1 year preferred)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Competitive hourly rate ($11.50 - $15.00 per hour)
