As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be part mentor, part advocate, part everyday Friend. You’ll help our participants grow their independence, learn new skills, express themselves, and experience the world around them.

• Psychology / disability studies
• Nursing or healthcare
• Social work / education
• Or anyone who thrives on making a difference

• $16.50 - $17.50 hr. base pay (paid bi-weekly)
• + $1.50/hr mon–Thurs
• + $2.50/hr. on weekends
• FREE meals every 2nd shift
• Paid training + 5-day orientation

• Valid driver’s license & insurance required
