Physical Therapist
Location & ReportingFacility‑based; reports to Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities- Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
- Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
- Teach patients and caregivers skills for independence and productivity.
- Collaborate with peers and coordinate referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Valid physical therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
- Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Degrees earned outside of the U.S. evaluated as U.S. equivalent to a physical therapy degree.
USD $42.00 - $50.00 per hour, with a $5,000 bonus.
