Regional Director of Hospice Operations Description

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Regional Director of Hospice Operations for their Hospice locations in Ohio. This position is based in the Columbus, OH area. Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience is strongly preferred. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture.

Regional Director of Hospice Operations Requirements

• Strong single-site or multi-site operational leadership experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
• Strong financial and business development acumen.

Regional Director of Hospice Operations Job Responsibilities

• Oversee operations & financials for multiple area locations.
• Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Work with business development team to grow census.
