Provides basic patient care including care and comfort, vital sign measurement, personal care and hygiene, and assists with mobility;
Acts as liaison between patient and nurse to report changes and/or concerns;
Provides accurate, precise, timely documentation for patient care;
Participates in hand-off/report of pertinent information upon arrival and leaving;
Mobilizes patients using therapeutic transfer techniques to foster independence and safety
