We are seeking a Recovery Site Lead!

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve southeastern and central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities.

The Recovery Site Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a recovery housing setting, supporting residents on their path to health and well-being. This role is responsible for resident screening and intake, case management support, compliance and safety oversight, budget and supply management, data reporting, and coordination of house activities. The Recovery Site Lead also provides guidance and support to staff, assists with hiring and training, and ensures organizational policies and procedures are followed.

Essential

Functions
  • Completes screening, selection, and intake of potential residents
  • Provides client case management as needed based on licensure scope
  • Oversee house meetings and activities with residents as needed
  • Collects and assists with the processing of toxicology screens of housing clients
  • Manage expenses and budget for groundwork housing, through public and private funding
  • Responsible for data collection and tracking of funding sources
  • Manage supply orders and maintenance requests for the houses
  • Responsible for safety drills, as well as recovery housing inspection and compliance
  • Provides routine support and assistance to staff through individual and group meetings
  • Ensures that staff assigned to the site are operating in compliance with regulatory recovery housing bodies
  • Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures, and/or processes within recovery housing
  • Coordinates activities for staff through various methods, including but not limited to team meetings and regular communications
  • Provides expert support in the recovery home at key times to manage the group living dynamic
  • Encourages and coordinates resident engagement in recovery activities, community activities, and volunteer opportunities
  • Maintains First-Aid and CPR certification
  • Coordinates support-meeting attendance and case management within the scope of licensure
  • Assists residents with building a support system and recovery plan by providing direct accountability, advocacy, and support when needed
  • Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources
  • Meets billing productivity requirements of 6 hours in a work week established by Integrated Services for behavioral health
  • Travels within designated service areas
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Licensure
  • A high school degree or GED equivalent is required
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred
  • An active license in social work, clinical counseling, or couples and family therapy is preferred
Experience
  • 2- 3 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field is required
  • Experience working with at-risk clients in a recovery house setting is required
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Advanced communication skills, both oral and written is required
  • Advanced organizational skills are required
  • The ability to maintain confidential information is required
  • Knowledge of local behavioral health systems, housing, legal systems, and social services is required
  • The ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required
  • Access to reliable transportation is required
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required
  • An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
  • Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
  • Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required
