Overview
This full-time Occupational Therapist works at the main campus in the Pediatric department, with a 40-hour workweek from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate competence in pediatric and adolescent assessment and intervention strategies, with adult skills if applicable.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans; communicate these plans effectively with patients and caregivers, involving them in goal setting and intervention.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and determine appropriate discharge timing.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated services; actively participate in team meetings and fulfill mandatory responsibilities.
- Engage in continuous professional growth and uphold organizational values; maintain positive interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Competence in pediatric and adolescent assessment and intervention strategies, with adult skills if applicable.
- Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans; communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.
- Ability to collaborate with professionals and participate in team meetings.
