IDE Position at CH de SAVENAY

The CH de SAVENAY is looking for an IDE for the POOL of replacement (SMR, USLD, EHPAD) for day shifts at 100%. The start date is as soon as possible for a renewable 6-month contract.

THE POSITION:

Evaluate the health status of a person and analyze care situations

Design, define, and plan personalized care projects

Administer preventive, curative, or palliative care aimed at promoting, maintaining, and restoring health

Conduct therapeutic education and patient support

ACTIVITIES:

• Control and management of materials, medical devices, and products
• Coordination and organization of activities and care
• Training and information of new staff and trainees
• Information and education of the person, their entourage, and a group of people
• Observation of the health status and the relational and social behavior of a person
• Provision of comfort and well-being care
• Provision of care and activities with a preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic purpose
• Collection of clinical data
• Writing and updating of the patient file
• Monitoring the evolution of the health status of the person
• Professional vigilance and research

SKILLS:

• Accompanying a person in the realization of their daily care
• Analyzing/evaluating the clinical situation of a person, relative to their field of competence
• Analyzing, synthesizing information allowing the care of the person and the continuity of care
• Designing and conducting a care project, within their field of competence
• Designing, formalizing, and adapting procedures/protocols/operating modes/instructions related to their field of competence
• Conducting an aid interview
• Advising the patient and their entourage within the framework of the personalized project of the patient
• Developing and formalizing a health diagnosis of the person, relative to their field of competence
• Evaluating professional care practices within their field of competence
• Informing and training professionals and people in training
• Initiating and implementing educational and preventive care
• Implementing actions with a diagnostic and therapeutic purpose
• Organizing and coordinating care interventions
• Researching, processing, and producing professional and scientific data
