Fitness Matters is a PT‑owned, PT‑led outpatient practice where patients - not productivity quotas - come first. We are looking for an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team and treat a diverse caseload that includes athletes, active adults, post‑surgical patients, and individuals working to regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate, you will have the autonomy, mentorship, and support to continue growing while delivering individualized, evidence‑based care.

- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs, lifestyle, and goals
- Guide patients through each stage of recovery and return to activity
- Educate patients and build the confidence they need to actively participate in their care
- Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to a positive, supportive practice culture

- Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid Ohio Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
