We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Family Support Care in Hamilton, OH. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and light exercise

• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the nurse and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Home Health Aide or related field preferred

• Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients and families
