Licensed Mental Health Therapist

As a Therapist on our team, you will work in a supportive environment that promotes growth, licensure support, and a collaborative holistic approach.

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support stable functioning.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by hire.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high‑quality care.

• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Base compensation range: $45 – $53 per billable unit. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities.
