Verantwortlichkeiten
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der praktischen Anleitung für Auszubildende und ausländische Mitarbeitende im Anerkennungsverfahren
- Sicherstellung der praktischen Umsetzung der Ausbildungsinhalte gemäß Ausbildungs- und Qualitätsrichtlinien
- Begleitung und Unterstützung der Auszubildenden während ihrer praktischen Einsätze
- Durchführung von Feedbackgesprächen sowie Lernstandkontrollen sowie Abnahme von praktischen Prüfungen
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Praktikanten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den kooperierenden Bildungseinrichtungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene, dreijährig examinierte Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen mit Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung
- Organisationsgeschick und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
- Pädagogische Kompetenz sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Auszubildenden
