As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Childwise ABA, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based services that promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implementing treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collecting and recording data during therapy sessions
• Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Supporting positive behavior development and skill acquisition
• Collaborating with families and supervisors to help clients achieve their goals

• $18–$22 per hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• 15–40 hours per week, depending on position and availability

• No ABA experience required – paid training provided
• Experience working with children is a plus
