Absolute Hospice, Inc. is seeking a full-time Hospice RN on-call to provide hands-on nursing care and clinical management for patients in their home or residence.
The role follows a 7 days on - 7 days off schedule, with on-call hours during evenings and weekends. You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with families, physicians, discharge planners, social workers and facilities to ensure proper care.
