- Verwaltung von Arbeitszeitkonten sowie Auswertungen und Statistiken
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Abrechnung von Spesenabrechnungen
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung und Abstimmung mit externen bzw. internen Abrechnungsstellen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung personalrelevanter Dokumente (Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen etc.)
- Unterstützung bei Eintritten, Versetzungen und Austritten von Mitarbeitenden
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Listen und Reports für die Geschäftsleitung
- Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalakten
- Bearbeitung des Schreibverkehrs und allgemeiner Korrespondenz
