Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing the clinical education to patients with diabetes on self-management skills. The individual will organize and oversee various areas of patient diabetes management, to include, but not limited to education, compliance,and follow-up coordinating care among multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- BLS required
- Certified diabetic educator required
- Must have clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting orcan be a qualified health care professional
- Excellent communication skills required
