Trilogy Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence care, bathing and grooming;
Assist with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed changes;
Assist with all aspects of meal service including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a quality dining experience;
Answer residents' call lights promptly and check residents who cannot call for help frequently;
Assist clinical staff to make residents comfortable and provide personal care per state regulatory guidelines
