Trilogy Health Services - 755 Ottawa Street - Responsibilities:
Provide non-certified routine resident care in accordance with established procedures;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including hygiene, incontinence care, bathing and grooming;
Assist with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and bed changes;
Assist with meal service including transportation to dining room and tray delivery;
Respond to call lights promptly and check residents frequently; assist clinical staff to keep residents comfortable
