ACTIVITY AID JOB POSTING

As an Activity Aid, you will have the opportunity to create a sense of community and promote resident well-being through engaging activities and programs.
Qualifications as an Activity Aid:- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prior experience as an activity assistant
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
- Empathy and care for those that need help
- Effective communication skills
- Lead scheduled activities programs that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions
- Assist with the organizing, planning, and implementation of programs and opportunities that promote resident well-being
- Enthusiastically promote and communicate programs and events to residents
- Passionately motivate and serve residents of varying cognitive and physical abilities
- Interact with families and visitors of our residents
