Die Diakonie im Kirchenkreis Halle e.V. sucht ab sofort eine Pflegefachassistenz / Pflegekraft (m/w/d) mit SGB V Weiterbildung für die ambulante Pflege in Borgholzhausen. Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit (15–20 Std./Woche) vorgesehen.
Sie arbeiten selbstständig in der ambulanten Versorgung, führen die vorgeschriebenen pflegerischen Leistungen der Kranken- und Pflegekassen durch und pflegen digitale Dokumentationen. Einsätze erfolgen im nordkreis Gütersloh; Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich.
