Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ speech, language, and swallowing functions to determine therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve communication abilities and swallowing safety
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Hold current state licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Demonstrate strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have previous experience in clinical or hospital settings preferred
