Speech Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - to Join our Ayden Healthcare Waterville and Wauseon Team.

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Ayden Healthcare Waterville, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

• Evaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders, including speech, language, and cognitive deficits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve communication and swallowing function
• Conduct speech and language therapy sessions with patients, including individual and group sessions
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas of improvement and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote carryover and maintenance of skills learned during therapy
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
