Ohio Living Home Health - - Responsibilities:

Accompanies patient to medical appointments and runs errands with patient/family agreement;
Provides companionship and socialization for the patient;
Observes changes in general physical and mental conditions and reports to nurse;
Maintains safety in the home and notifies nurse of safety concerns
