Scheduling Coordinator – Home Care

• Assign clinical staff to care for patients based on patients’ location, diagnosis, and various patient requirements
• Utilize and maintain the scheduling software program
• Maintain shared email inboxes and HIPAA compliant texting
• Coordinate and initiate timely communication among staff and patients
• Update patient charts as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare
• Prior clinical scheduling experience highly preferred
• General understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
• Strong computer skills in data entry and Microsoft applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
